Returns
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance/final-sale products.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or not returned in their original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending your product back.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
